1. HOW DO I GET STARTED
Schedule a consultation with us to determine what services will be the most beneficial for your unit.
2. HOW IS MY PRICING DETERMINED?
Your total monthly cost will be based on your customized package. Following our consultation, I will put together your preferred list of services, along with your monthly cost. Pricing for each service is also based on the director’s unit size.
3. HOW DO I PAY?
You can choose to pay on the 1st or the 15th, or you can split your payment and pay on both.
4. CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?
No, the only payment that is currently accepted is through ACH [bank transfer]. You will complete an authorization form and your payment will be automatically processed each month on your preferred day.
5. WILL I BE UNDER CONTRACT?
No, there is no contract. I simply ask that you let me know mid-month the month prior to canceling. There are a lot of services that begin prepping long before the month begins. In order to avoid paying pro-rated services, I will need to know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
